Shipping Information

Our lead times will vary depending on how many orders we are working through. All orders will be completed in order they are received.  We will always try to keep the main page updated with the lead times we are working at.

Delivery is £8 for up to 10KG (Royal Mail tracked 24), £12 for up to 15KG (DHL) and £15 for over 15Kg (ParcelForce 24)

 95% of orders will be delivered the following working day following dispatch. This is not guaranteed but in our experience the courier company we use strive to deliver the following working day from them collecting the parcel..

All orders will be sent with tracked and signed for delivery for peace of mind.

Further Delivery Information

Some factors beyond our control could delay deliveries and make the above information inaccurate. For example, adverse weather, delivery company strikes, public holidays etc. Any such factor beyond our control will exempt us from liability and no refund on delivery will be given in such instances.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Here at Scentz-Sationz our customers are our number one priority and we will always go that extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Whilst we hope that our products arrive to you in perfect condition we realise that on rare occasions this may not happen.

Damaged items - If your order arrives to you in an unsatisfactory condition please contact us immediately.,  with photographic evidence. We will issue a full refund / exchange within 7 working days on receipt of this.

Change of mind - If you change your mind after receiving your order then please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your order. You may return the order at your own cost. Once examined and the products found to be in the same condition as on dispatch, you will be given a refund minus a restocking fee. The restocking fee will be 25% of the cost of the products returned. 

Unhappy with the products - We aim for 100% satisfaction. If you are in any way unhappy with our products then please contact us immediately with a brief explanation of the problem. You may return the products, at your cost initially. Upon receipt of the order back we will examine the products. If the fault is deemed to be a manufacturing fault you will be refunded in full, including postage. If the problem is not found to be our fault we will refund your order minus delivery costs and a 25% restocking fee (see above).
